建设高素质高职教师队伍——浅谈学习胡锦涛总书记“8·31”重要讲话体会

胡锦涛总书记在全国优秀教师座谈会上发表了重要讲话,强调要把教师队伍建设摆在突出位置。对切实加强教师队伍建设提出了明确要求,为建设高素质教师队伍指明了方向。贯彻落实好讲话精神。对于促进高职教育发展具有重大意义。高职院校要从更新教师教育理念出发,坚持育人为本、德育为先,把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,大力培育教师的职业信念、职业涵养、职业素质、职业技能,推进高职教育事业的改革创新,以适应建设中国特色社会主义的需要,不断培养造就更多德智体美全面发展的职业人才。
