| Abstract: | The reforming thought, laying stress on the major enterprises and setting free the small, will push the state mid-small sized enterprises further to market. This article puts forward some points of view about the principle and trend of " fighting out" for the state mid-small sized enterprises, and explains why the state mid-small sized enterprises must be of non-state. |
