| 摘 要： | 遏制职务犯罪、减少职务犯罪的危害,必须重视预防工作,只有预防在先,才能最大限度地保护党和国家及全体人民的利益。文章在对我国职务犯罪的现状、危害进行分析的基础上,提出了全民性预防、系统性预防、重点预防、建立完善的预防制度、加强制度执行力等预防职务犯罪的措施。

| Abstract: | We must attach importance to the prevention job in order to repress the duty cninme and diminish the harmfulness of it. Only if we put the precautions first we can defend the interests of the Party, the country and the whole of the masses in the maximum limit. This essay proposes solutions to the prevention of the duty chine such as the whole people prevention, the sys- tem prevention, the key - point prevention, establishing the delicate prevention system, strengthening the implementation of the system and etc. |
