| 摘 要： | 本文遵循系统论的观点 ,以可持续发展理论为指导 ,分析了环境经济系统的存在及其特征 ,指出现行SNA在计量环境经济系统方面存在明显不足 ,提出环境经济系统计量指标体系建立的原则和要求 ,构建了相应的计量指标体系 ,此举对客观评价环境经济系统具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Following the principle of theory of system and with the guidance of sustainable development conception,this article gives an analysis of the existence and characteristics of environment_econornic system.It also points out the disadvantages of SNA in measuring the environment_economic system,and suggests some principles and requirements for the establishment of measuring index system.In actual,the article presents a measuring index system. |
