| 摘 要： | 建设先进制造业基地对于我国转变经济增长方式,加快产业升级具有重要的意义。建设先进制造业基地,关键是在产业带、集群以及企业等三个不同的层面贯彻“整合”与“创新”的思想。我国不同的地区情况各不相同,在先进制造业基地的建设过程中,在这三个层面上应该各有侧重,需要打破行政区划的限制,不同地区应该积极合作,对资源进行整合与创新。

| Abstract: | Building up advanced manufacturing base has great significance in transforming the pattern of economic growth and speeding up industrial upgrading. Integration and innovation are regards as key to the construction of advanced manufacturing base. Different regions is with different conditions, and so in the process of construction, the three levels should concern differently. The limits of administrative regionalization should be broke, and different regions should cooperate actively to integrate the resources and make innovation. |
