| 摘 要： | 半挂车具有载重量大、装载空间大、运输量大等优点,被广泛用于长途货运和港口码头集装箱运输。半挂车的左右纵梁是其重要的构成部分,在进行左、右纵梁的拼装焊接时,要重点做好对接接头施工质量的控制。针对半挂车在载物后纵梁发生拉裂的情况,从焊接工艺角度谈其成因,并介绍修复方法。

| Abstract: | Because it is large in loading capacity, carrying capacity and transportation capacity, semi-trailer frame is widely used in long distance goods transportation and container ports transportation. When welding assembling the two longitudinal beams, which are important components of semi-trailer frame, it is vital to control the construction quality of butt-fusion joint. In response to cracking of the longitudinal beam after loading, this article analyses the causes and repairing methods from the aspect of welding procedure. |
