| 摘 要： | 开架借阅给流通部的人性化建设带来了新的要求。围绕流通部人性化建设，从设施、服务和制度等方面，阐述了开架借阅后的流通部如何体现“读者第一、服务至上”的思想，为读者营造方便舒适的借阅环境，满足读者对图书馆的要求。
