| 摘 要： | 要想在激烈的市场竞争中安身立命,学校必须通过组织学习的机制来不断发展自己,提高教育质量和办学水平。学校教育作为学习社会化的重要基础环节,更应适应时代要求,注重学习、传播、运用、创新知识,努力构建学习型教师组织,由此提出了学校构建学习型组织的设想。

| Abstract: | In order to settle down and get on its pursuit in the intense market competition,a school must adopt the mecha- nism of organizational study to develop itself continuously,improve its educational quality and level,and create the lasting competitive ability.School education,an important basic sector of study socialization,should meet the requirement of the times,pay more attention to studying,spreading and innovating knowledge,and try to construct study-type organizations. Some tentative plans of constructing study-type organizations in school is advanced in this paper. |
