| 摘 要： | 职业教育有其自身的特点和学习规律 ,教师必须具有现代教育的观念和方法才能完成有效的教学。要以素质教育思想为指导 ,开展以突出能力本位为主要内容的职教课程教学改革。课堂教学设计和教学方法的选择对教学成效具有较大影响。
