| Abstract: | Improving and establishing related rules and regulations is the key element of perfecting China's land expropriation system.In terms of perfection of the land expropriation system,an effective supervision system is the key factor,encouraging the farmers to participate in the land expropriation is the prerequisite and finding appropriate means of relocation is the guarantee. |
