同城化下广佛区域发展的问题与规划对策探讨

同城化已经成为区域一体化发展的新形式、新战略。本文对同城化的理论基础与概念进行梳理和解析,提出了同城化发展的结构解析框架。以广州、佛山两市为对象,从同城化出发分析广佛区域发展存在的问题,结合同城化结构解析框架分析广佛同城化发展的战略方向,并着重从空间层面提出由整体到局部、协调对接的规划对策,包括明确广佛一体的总体空间结构、以综合的功能区划引导和促进两市功能分工协调、重点对两市整体发展的关键空间载体进行规划协调等。
