| 摘 要： | 中国经济体制改革至今，主要的成就是来源于制度的变革和创新。但由于制度绩效递减和某些制度创新的边际性，也由于制度创新中路径依赖的客观存在，导致当前中国经济的进一步发展面临着一系列的制度障碍。这些制度障碍的存在表明，只有进一步推动制度创新，才能深化改革，促进经济发展。

| Abstract: | The success of China's economic restructure owes to the reform and innovation of systems. However, since innovative systems have declining efficiency and limitation and innovation of systems depends on path, a series of systematic barriers block the further development of economy in China. Therefore, only further innovation of systems can deepen reforms and push forward the economic development. |
