摘    要:利用小浪底水库有72.5亿m^3淤沙库容的有利时机,基本可以单独完成下游综合利用调节任务,从而使三门峡水库的综合利用任务改变为:根据“确保西安”的原则,以库区排沙、防洪、防凌为主;发电的运用以不影响潼关水位为前提条件,力争潼关水位能尽快恢复到拉近三门峡建库前水平。

Abstract:Since the Xiaolangdi reservoir has a sediment capacity of 7.25 billion m 3 and can individually fulfill the regulation functions of d/s comprehensive utilization, the Sanmenxia reservoir's functions can be changed as follows. 1) Reservoir sediment ejection, flood control and ice-jam prevention are its main functions provided that Xi'an's safety is ensured; 2) Generation operation should be under the precondition of no effect on the water level at Tongguan and strive to resume the level to that before construction of the Sanmenxia reservoir.
