Modularity Separation and China's Financial Modernization-oriented Reform

Financial modularity is a choice of China' s financial modernization, which contains modularity separation and modularity convergence. This article firstly explains the basic principles and importance of modularity. Secondly, it points out modularity separation and China' s financial modernization-oriented reform cover the construction of property rights, information and service and their practical application, which explain how modularity separation will promote the reform of financial property rights, the fulfillment of financial management productivity, the financial innovation, and how it will crack the hard nuts of split stock rights and partial-listing of state-owned commercial banks. Thirdly, we discuss the interaction of modularity separation and modularity convergence and its significance for China' s financial modernization. The most innovativeness of this article is to apply the theory of modularity to solve the problems of split stock rights and partial-listing of state-owned commercial banks.
