当前我国农村土地经营权流转问题研究

农村土地流转是指在农村土地所有权归属和农业用地性质不变的情况下,土地承包户依法对承包土地的使用权通过转让、租赁、入股等形式进行处置,获得收益的行为。针对土地流转的影响因素,我们应当积极分析农村土地流转中存在的问题,探索促进土地承包经营权流转的措施,有效地促进新农村建设。
