| Abstract: | In the countryside of Chuzhou city,private enterprises have already become the main channel to shift the surplus labour power there,and one important means to increase the peasants incomes.Moreover,these enterprises have developed a tendency to better structure of property right,more creativities by modern science and technology and stronger consciousness of democratic poltics. |
