| 摘 要： | 中西部地区要想站在经济社会跨越式发展的新起点,迈向全面建设小康社会的新征程,就必须有针对性的研究当地软环境的发展建设情况,才能真正带动当地发展。研究中西部地区发展软环境建设的意义不仅在于有效的保证吸引外来投资,更能够化解区域经济发展中的诸多难题,能够促使中西部地区更协调的发展,缩小区域经济差距。

| Abstract: | In order to realize the Great-Leap-Forward development of social and economical growth and build the Well-off society in an all-round way,this paper studies the situation of the soft environment in Midwest region.The research not only plays an important role in attracting external investment,but also handles difficult problems in regional economy.Therefore,the harmonious development of regional economy and reducing gaps between different regional economies can be realized. |
