Research on Supply Chain Design Base on E-Commerce

With the continuous development of e-commerce, enterprise logistics and supply chain operation has great changes, these changes are reflected in the growing e-commerce based information, the integration of supply chain management. This paper presents the need of the modern e-commerce environment of enterprise supply chain and e-commerce environment of the characteristics of the principles and methods. Only enterprises in e-commerce environment for constructing their own supply chain, constantly optimize the overall efficiency of the whole chain, and thus improve the market response capability and overall competitiveness.
