| 摘 要： | 后发优势是指后发国家和地区经济由于发展相对落后和迟缓所形成的有利条件或存在的各种机遇,它主要包括技术和制度两个方面。根据后发优势在技术方面的表现来研究国际贸易的发展问题,充分发挥后发优势对于发展中国家的技术进步和国际贸易的发展非常重要。尤其是对于经济和技术发展相对落后的广西,更应积极利用后发优势来提升其技术水平,加速经济和贸易的快速、持续发展。
