摘    要:随着市场经济的发展,国有企业内部改革也在逐步深化完善。人力资源培训在企业中地位日趋重要,是形成企业核心竞争力的基础,培训的优劣影响着企业的长远发展,因此,构建科学的培训体系已成为关键。当前培训存在诸多问题,结构与形式上都需要进行系统调整,唯有提升人才综合素质和能力,才能适应企业和市场经济发展的需求。

Abstract:With the development of market economy,the internal reform of state-owned enterprises is gradually deepening and improving.Human resources training is playing an increasingly important role in enterprises,and it is the basis of forming the core competitiveness of enterprises.The quality of training affects the long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,it has become the key to construct a scientific training system.At present,there are many problems existing in training,and the structure and form of training need to be adjusted systematically.Only by improving the comprehensive quality and ability of talents can we meet the needs of the development of enterprises and market economy.
