Abstract:Due to the impact of the big data era,the lack of reserve talents,the lack of targeted leadership training and the influence of managers'self-awareness bias,the leadership level of Chinese enterprise managers is uneven.Therefore,based on the management grid theory,the leadership of enterprise managers can be divided into five types.On the whole,the leadership of different levels can be improved through the renewal of managers'thoughts and continuous learning,the improvement of talent promotion reserve mechanism,the establishment of leadership training system and the overall correction of managers'own cognition.According to the characteristics of different leadership divided by the management grid theory,the leadership of different levels can be improved managers of different leadership styles learn from each other,learn from each other's strengths and make up for each other's weaknesses,so as to propose specific ways to improve the leadership of enterprise managers.
