With the development of the internet,sharing economy has become a new economic form.Based on the internet platform,the supply and demand sides realize the transaction of goods or labor services,so that resources can be maximally allocated.Under the sharing economy,the status of human capital is relatively enhanced and the space is expanded.Taking advantage of the opportunity of human capital sharing,human capital in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region can be shared to promote the synergistic development of the three regions.
