摘    要:论文对激励机制在企业人力资源管理中应用的意义进行了阐述,探索了激励机制在企业人力资源管理中应用时存在的问题,最后提出了激励机制在企业人力资源管理中应用的策略,希望有助于企业不断完善自身的激励机制,为企业培养和引进更多优秀人才,从而促进企业的长期稳定发展。

Abstract:This paper expounds the application significance of incentive mechanism in human resources management of enterprises,explores the problems existing in the application of incentive mechanism in human resources management of enterprises,and finally puts forward the application strategies of incentive mechanism in human resources management of enterprises,hoping to help enterprises continuously improve their incentive mechanism,cultivate and introduce more excellent talents for enterprises,so as to promote the long-term and stable development of enterprises.
