摘    要:传统的人力资源管理与现代的人力资源管理截然不同。随着社会经济的不断发展,以及人力资源管理的理论研究不断深入,人力资源管理的职能不断地被重视,不仅人力资源管理的概念更加丰富,而且人力资源管理的内容与理念也得到了不断的改革与创新。论文主要根据企业人力资源战略管理途径展开深入的研究与分析,并对人力资源战略管理途径的探究提出对策建议。

Abstract:Traditional human resources management is quite different from modern human resources management.With the continuous development of social economy and the deepening of theoretical research on human resources management,the functions of human resources management have been paid more and more attention,which not only enriches the concept of human resources management,but also continuously reforms and innovates the content and concept of human resources management.This paper mainly carries out in-depth research and analysis based on the approach of human resources strategic management,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the exploration of the approach of human resources strategic management.
