财务共享服务下传统财务人员的转型

Transformation of Traditional Financial Personnel Under Financial Shared Service

With the rapid development of society,the financial management system is constantly improving.Through the financial shared service,the daily,common and sufficient financial data in the process of enterprise operation are shared on the information-based financial shared platform,and the heavy financial work becomes automated and intelligent,and the tedious basic data processing is handed over to machines and networks,thus reducing the operating costs of enterprises,and greatly improving the circulation efficiency of financial information through sharing,thereby improving the working efficiency of enterprises.This paper firstly analyzes the connotation of financial shared services,and then analyzes the transformation direction and strategic suggestions of traditional financial personnel under financial shared services,for reference.
