新媒体视域下的企业政工工作路径探究

我国媒体传播工作在新媒体技术的快速发展下发生了巨大的变化,利用新媒体技术使得人们获取信息的方式越来越多样化。结合这一实际情况,为了提高企业政工工作的有效性,企业政工工作者应当顺应经济和社会发展的潮流,有效利用新媒体做好政工工作。论文首先论述了企业政治工作的背景,并在此基础上提出了许多政治工作对策,以期提高政治工作的有效性。

Research on the Enterprise Political Work Path from the Perspective of New Media

With the rapid development of new media technology,great changes have taken place in the media communication work in China.The ways of obtaining information by using new media technology have become more and more diversified.Combined with this actual situation,in order to improve the effectiveness of enterprise political work,enterprise political workers should conform to the trend of economic and social development,effectively use new media to do political work.This paper firstly discusses the background of enterprise political work,and on this basis,puts forward a lot of political work countermeasures,so as to improve the effectiveness of political work.
