Reflections on Strengthening the Human Resources Management in Environmental Sanitation Industry

With the rapid development of China's economy,the social form has changed.Under the new social form,in order to meet the needs of social development,all walks of life continue to innovate and develop.Among them,the environmental sanitation industry as a city beautician,also ushered in change.In the new era,in order to improve the environmental sanitation industry from the inside out and better serve the city appearance,the environmental sanitation industry should actively start with human resources management to promote the innovation of the environmental sanitation industry.So,how to strengthen human resources management in the environmental sanitation industry?This paper analyzes it from different angles,so as to provide a theoretical basis for human resources management and related research in the environmental sanitation industry.
