| 摘 要： | 为了降低企业生产成本,提高其在市场中的竞争力,论文对基于数据驱动的企业生产成本精细化管理进行了研究。通过分析精细化管理的研究价值与研究过程,论文提出了基于数据驱动的管理方式,包括对企业生产成本数据进行有效分析,规划企业生产管理部门的成本管理职责,重构企业生产成本管理流程,从而实现对企业生产成本的精细化管理。 |

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the production cost of the enterprise and improve its competitiveness in the market,the paper studies the fine management of enterprise production cost based on data-driven.By analyzing the research value and research process of fine management,the paper proposes the management methods based on data-driven.The methods include effective analysis of enterprise production cost data,planning the cost management responsibilities of enterprise production management departments,reconstructing the management process of enterprise production cost,so as to realize the fine management of enterprise production cost. |
