| 摘 要： | 城市社区作为城市治理水平提升的出发点,也是综合应急管理能力强化的落脚点,加强城市社区应急能力建设,可以有效消除安全风险,减少突发事件造成的经济损失。论文从城市社区应急管理机制建设的重要性展开论述,重点对建设过程中存在的问题进行讨论,针对存在的问题提出优化建议,为城市社区应急管理机制建设提出建议和意见。

| Abstract: | As the starting point of the improvement of urban governance level,urban community is also the landing point of the strengthening of comprehensive emergency management capacity.Strengthening the construction of emergency capacity in urban community can effectively eliminate safety risks and reduce economic losses caused by emergency.The paper discusses the importance of the construction of emergency management mechanism in urban community,emphatically discusses the problems existing in the construction process,puts forward optimization suggestions for the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions and opinions for the construction of emergency management mechanism in urban community. |
