| 摘 要： | 针对外国银行进入东道国市场的效应提出了一个完整的理论分析框架，分析了外国银行进入后的直接效应和潜在效应，实证研究进一步支持了有序开放金融服务和推进外国银行进入本国市场的积极效应大于负面影响的结论，同时，深入分析了外国银行进入中国市场的效应以及我国在开放金融服务市场中存在的突出矛盾和问题。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a whole theoretic frame about effects of foreign banks entering host countries' markets and analyzes direct effects and indirect effects after foreign banks entering host countries' market.Furthermore evidences and data support the conclusion that positive effects are much more important than negative effects during one country's financial services liberalization.The author also analyzes some effects as a result of foreign banks entering the China's market and important issues which appears during opening financial services market. |
