中国-东盟自由贸易区建设与大西南的参与

中国与东盟在2002年11月正式签署<中国-东盟全面经济合作框架协议>,启动了这个亚洲最大、世界上人口最多的自由贸易区建设进程.中国-东盟自由贸易区的推进,把与东南亚接近、经济关系密切的中国西南地区推到了东盟合作的战略前沿,对中国西南地区的对外开放和与东南亚的全面经济合作带来了巨大的机遇,对西南地区大开发和新发展必将产生越来越大的影响.大西南应当以此为契机,推进与东南亚的经济合作,进而推进西南地区的经济重构.
