| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国高等教育进入了大众化阶段,为提高中华民族的整体素质和推进中国特色社会主义建设做出了巨大贡献。但同时,我们也要看到高等教育在发展过程中所积累的一些深层次的问题也渐渐凸显出来。高校发展失衡、高校盲目扩张、培养模式滞后等问题已经严重地阻碍了高等教育的健康发展。科学发展观是统领中国特色社会主义事业全局的重大战略思想,为高等教育事业的发展提供了科学的指导思想。高等学校作为社会主义建设人才的培养基地,必须以科学发展观为指导,推动高等教育事业可持续发展。
