装备制造业促进贵州城乡统筹发展

贵州省城乡二元结构矛盾突出,长期以来,贵州省产业结构虽然得到一定的优化,第二、三产业比重有所提高,但是与全国水平相比还存在不小差距,农村地区城镇化水平、工业化发展远远落后于城市。目前,装备制造业已成为工业的主导产业之一,对农业现代化、提升城镇化水平、吸纳农村劳动力方面能发挥重要作用。贵州省应加大力度发展工业,推进工业化进程;应发展职业技术教育,逐步完善贵州农村地区基础教育设施;投资农村基础设施建设,确保经济性基础设施建设和社会性基础设施建设协调发展;积极实施外向型开放战略,制定鼓励外商投资政策,利用外部资金、技术和优秀人才促进本地区行业经济快速发展和产业转型,拓展市场空间。

Boosting the Urban-Rural Integration by Developing Equipment Manufacturing Industry

The contradiction of urban-rural dual structure in Guizhou province is obvious. For a long time, the industrial structure of Guizhou province has been optimized with an increased proportion of the secondary and tertiary industries;however, there is a big gap compared with the national average level as the urbanization and industrialization level in rural areas lags far behind urban areas. At this stage, as a pillar industry, equipment manufacturing plays an important role in modern agriculture, urbanization, and increasing rural em-ployment. In this connection, Guizhou government should be committed to industrial development, vocational education and improving ru-ral education facilities. In addition, the government should invest heavily in infrastructures in rural areas, and balance development of the facilities of both economy and social services. At the same time, the government should formulate incentives to encourage FDI, and use for-eign capitals, technologies and talents to advance local economic growth and industry transformation.
