借力大数据助推苏州酒店智慧化发展的研究

大数据是酒店智慧化发展的有效助力。随着大数据时代的到来,智慧酒店越来越受到重视。目前,苏州酒店业的信息智能化整体较好,但还存在缺乏数据收集意识、数据来源渠道狭窄、对数据挖掘深度不够、对智慧酒店的理解存在误区、智慧客房建设水平良莠不齐等问题。苏州市酒店业应借助大数据,注重酒店数据规范化建设,加快制定智慧酒店规范化标准,并依托"苏州智慧旅游行动计划",加速对共享融合的基础平台的建设,从而有效助推苏州酒店智慧化的发展。

Developing Smart Hotels in Suzhou with the Help of Big Data

Big data are a powerful force in developing smart hotels. With the advent of the big data era, smart hotels are attracting more attention. The overall development of smart hotels in Suzhou is good now. However, the hotels are still weak in terms of data collection awareness;the data resource channel is narrow;the effort put in data mining is not enough;the understanding of smart hotels is not clear;digital rooms are of varying quality. Taking the advantage of big data, the hotel industry in Suzhou shall focus on standard development in going digital and speed up the creation of smart hotel standard. In addition, the hotels shall invest more in building a sharing foundation platform with the support of Suzhou Smart Tourism Action Plan in a way that fuel the digital development of the hotels in Suzhou.
