黑龙江省农产品物流问题的对策与研究

黑龙江省地大物博、资源丰富,农产品产量和质量均位列全国前茅,发展农产品物流有着得天独厚的优势,并具有了一定的产业和政策基础。但黑龙江省农产品物流仍存在着物流装备落后、农村基础设施不健全、物流专业人才匮乏、农产品物流信息化程度低、大型物流园区功能不完善等问题。黑龙江省应加大政府对农产品物流的投入,提高农产品物流技术装备水平,大力引进和培养农产品物流专业人才,加快农产品物流的信息化建设,完善大型农产品物流园区建设的功能,使物流业成为促进黑龙江省经济社会发展的先导产业和优势产业。

Countermeasures and Research for Heilongjiang Province Agricultural Products Logistics

With vast land and rich resources, productivity and quality of agricultural products in Heilongjiang province are ranked highest in the country. Therefore, the development of agricultural products logistics has the unique advantage and industrial and policy foundation. However, agricultural products logistics has the problems in terms of backward logistics equipment, imperfect rural infrastructure, lack of logistics professionals, low level of information and incomplete large-scale logistics park features. The government should increase invest-ment, improve the technical equipment level, introduce and cultivate professionals, accelerate the construction of information and perfect the features of large-scale logistics park construction, so as to make the logistics industry become the leader and dominant industry which could promote economic and social development of Heilongjiang province.
