| 摘 要： | 《2010通则》较《2000年国际贸易术语解释通则》扩大了FOB术语的适用范围,统一了装运过程中的风险。但面临着船货衔接的风险,买方指定船公司或境外货代可能带来的风险以及提单托运人和收货人填制可能出现的风险。我国企业应仔细分析风险,慎重选择贸易术语;慎用国外货代,注重货代资信调查;认真缮制提单,杜绝无单放货;选择安全主动的支付方式,注重风险分散。

| Abstract: | 2010 Incoterms expands the scope of FOB than 2000 Incoterms and unifies the risks during shipment. However, there are risks in linking up vessels and goods, possible risks caused by shipping company or overseas forwarders designated by buyers, and possible risks in filling bills of lading by shippers and consignees, Chinese enterprises shall analyze the risks and choose trade terms with care, make a thorough credit investigation before entrusting a foreign forwarder, fill bills of lading seriously to prevent non-delivery of goods, choose safe and initiative pattern of payment and focus on risk diversification. |
