探索联合竞赛可行性和科学性的路径研究——以陕西辖区人民银行与地方工会开展联合竞赛为例

本文选取人民银行西安分行陕西辖区部分地市中心支行、县支行为样本，在剖析现阶段业务竞赛主流趋势的基础上，对当前与地方总工会联合组织竞赛的路径进行研究，为今后开展此项工作提供理论上的探索和参考。

The Exploration on the Feasible and Scientific Ways of the Joint Competition---A Case of the Joint Competition Held by Sub-branches of PBC and the Local Trade Union

Selecting municipal and county-level sub-branches of Xi’an branch PBC in Shaanxi province as the sample, on the ba-sis of analyzing the trend of current business competition, the paper makes the research on the path of jointly organizing competitions with the local trade union, and provides the theoretical research and reference for the future work.
