| 摘 要： | 浙江省安吉县近几年采用股份合作制办电，小流域梯级开发，加大老电站技术改造加速农村水电站产权制度改革等方式兴办小水电，有效地促进了小水电事业的发展。到１９９８年底，全县已建成各类小水电１１１座，总装机３．９万ｋＷ，占可开发量的８５％，开在全省第１。小水电已成为安吉县经济的支柱产业之一。
