| 摘 要： | 在综述当前理论界对农村民间金融研究成果的基础上，首先对民间金融的概念及特点进行阐述，接着对其产生和发展的原因进行分析，然后对农村民间金融对经济社会发展的正负效应进行深入分析，最后提出了一些促进农村民间金融健康发展的政策建议。
