| 摘 要： | 通过对高校信息系统的现状和系统开发与应用存在问题的分析,根据高校信息系统服务于教学、办公管理等特点,提出了NGN与高校统一信息系统融合应用的创新模式和系统架构,以用户的信息思维和接受方式为导向,以NGN等高新技术为支撑,从办公流程管理、虚拟教学、远程教学与多媒体会议服务、Web集成呼叫中心等系统实现模式上部署高校统一信息系统的融合进程,实现NGN与高校统一信息系统融合构建,使统一信息系统在高校的教学、科研、办公管理中提供无所不在的服务,解决信息沟通手段落后和校内外交互式网络教育等问题。
