| 摘 要： | 以资源依赖为理论基础,以2009—2012年在中国创业板上市的企业为研究样本,运用TOBIT分层线性回归方法,研究了供应商集中度的路径依赖效应以及企业并购次数、企业地区多元化和行业竞争强度的调节作用。结果显示:供应商集中度存在路径依赖效应;企业采取外部并购和地区多元化等战略应对措施可以减弱供应商集中度的路径依赖效应;当行业竞争强度较高时,供应商集中度的路径依赖效应增强。

Path Dependence of Supplier Concentration and Its Strategic Response:Empirical Study on Firms Listed in GEM of China |

| Abstract: | Based on the resource dependency theory,this paper takes the companies listed in Chinese Growth Enterprise Market in the period of 2009-2012 as the sample to study the path dependence effect of supplier concentration and the moderating effects of external acquisition,geographic diversification and industrial competitive intensity by applying the TOBIT hierarchical linear regression method.The result shows as follows:the path dependence effect of supplier concentration does exist;external M&A,geographic diversification and so on could reduce the path dependence effect of supplier concentration;industrial competitive intensity strengthens the effect of path dependence on suppliers. |
