产业集群发展绩效:创业行为及其知识溢出的微观机理

将创业行为、知识溢出与产业集群发展绩效纳入一个研究框架,利用来自产业集群的310名创业者的调研数据,建立结构方程模型验证了三者关系的研究假设。结果表明:创业行为中的机会识别、资源整合、模仿行为对机会捕捉知识溢出和克服新进入缺陷知识溢出有正向影响;网络建构对两者的影响不显著;团队组建对机会捕捉知识溢出有正向影响,对克服新进入缺陷知识溢出的影响不显著;机会捕捉知识溢出对产业集群发展绩效中的产业关联和主体交互维度有正向影响,对集群创新维度的影响不显著;克服新进入缺陷知识溢出对产业关联、主体交互和集群创新均有正向影响。

Industrial Cluster Development Performance:Microscopic Mechanism of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Its Knowledge Spillover

This paper introduces entrepreneurial behavior,knowledge spillover and industrial cluster development into a framework model.Using the survey data of 310 entrepreneurs in industrial cluster,it tests the research hypotheses of the relationship among them by structural equation modelling.The research shows as follows:opportunity recognition,resource integration,imitation behavior have positive effects on the knowledge spillovers of capturing opportunity and overcoming the liability of newness,and network construction has no influence on them,and team building has a positive impact on the knowledge spillover of capturing opportunity,and has no influence on the knowledge spillover of overcoming the liability of newness;the knowledge spillover of capturing opportunity has a positive effect on industry association and subject interaction,and has no influence on cluster innovation;the knowledge spillover of overcoming the liability of newness has a positive effect on industry association,subject interaction and cluster innovation.
