国际小额信贷评价体系经验及启示

为借鉴国际先进经验,做好小贷公司评价体系课题研究,人民银行研究局和国家开发银行联合赴美国、法国和意大利三国考察了国际小额信贷评价体系的发展状况、建设理念、技术方法和运作模式。在与相关机构和行业专家进行座谈和交流的基础上,考察团深入考察了国际小额信贷评价体系发展的历史沿革,了解了国际小额信贷评价体系的框架,并对国际小贷评级公司的主要评级方法进行了比较分析。最后,考察团就如何促进我国小额信贷行业的发展提出了几点启示。

Evaluation System of International Micro-credit: Experiences and Enlightenments

In order to learn from advanced international experiences and carry out the research of microcredit evaluation system in a better way, the unified research group from People’s Bank of China and China Development Bank went to the U.S., France, and Italy to investigate the development of international microcredit evaluation system. After deep communication with relevant foreign institutions and experts, the unified research group investigated the history and framework of international micro-credit evaluation system, and made comparative analysis of the main methods of credit rating of international micro-credit. In the end, the enlightenments for the development of micro-credit in China were given.
