对我国房地产市场宏观调控的理性思考

近年来,我国的房地产市场的迅猛发展,在一定程度上推动了我国的经济发展和人民生活水平的提高。但是,房价的快速上涨、商品房供给结构的不合理以及房地产市场的运作不规范等问题,也已经严重影响了房地产市场的健康发展。为此,我国相关部门陆续出台了一些调控政策。简要地阐述了政府对房地产市场实施的宏观调控政策和实施的必要性,分析了政策实施的效果以及存在的问题,并提出了相关的建议。

The Sensible Thinking about the Macro-Control of Our Country's Real Estate Market

The fast development of our country's real estate market in recent years have promoted the development of our economy and the improvement of people's standard of living in a certain extent,but the rapid rise of the commercial house's price and the irrationality of housing supply structure,adding the problem that the housing market operation is not standard,these questions have seriously affected the healthy development of the real estate market,therefore,our country's correlative departments came on some controlling policies in succession.This paper briefly expatiated the government's macro-control policies aiming at the real estate market and the necessity of implement,analyzed the effect of policies' implement and the existent problems and put forward correlative suggestions.
