| 摘 要： | 日本的专门学校作为一种法定的高职教育和训练机构,其起步时间与我国高等职业教育相差无几,其成功经验对当前我国高职教育面临的诸如培养目标、专业、课程的设置、师资队伍建设、生源质量等问题的解决具有启示意义。
