| 摘 要： | 师资队伍建设是国家示范性高等职业院校建设的重要内容,而专业带头人队伍建设则是师资队伍建设的重中之重。本文结合示范性高等职业院校建设要求从作用、责任、权利、管理等几个方面对如何加强专业带头人队伍建设进行了分析和探讨,为各示范性高等职院校建设提供借鉴。
