| 摘 要： | 基于职业发展的素质教育是高职院校实施素质教育的必然选择。多年来,我院在这方面进行了积极的探索与实践,创新了以职业设计导航为平台,以素质拓展教育为载体,以职业市场认同为标准,融思想素质教育、人文素质教育、职业素质教育、身心素质教育于一体的素质教育体系,走出了一条基于职业发展的高职素质教育之路。
