| 摘 要： | 以石油开采企业为研究对象,通过对企业物流向社会物流转型的条件与约束进行分析,界定了转型过程中需要进行的工作,并结合企业核心能力分析模型来判断企业是否成功实现转型,从而为石油开采企业物流向社会物流转型提供了理论依据,以减少转型的盲目性,最后结合中国某石油开采企业实例,对资源型企业物流向社会物流转型过程进行了实证研究,验证了理论依据的可借鉴性。
