河北省农民分化状况与对策

在我国现代化进程中，主要从事农林渔牧业的农村劳动者大量转移到非农产业领域，表现为农民身份及其社会、政治、经济地位的变化。农民阶层的不断分化，使得农民由一个均质、单一的社会群体分化成有不同地位、不同利益特点与需求的社会群体。文章通过深入农村进行社会调查，从农民职业分化、政治分化、不同地理环境下农民分化、不同产业状况下的农民分化四个方面实证分析了河北省农民分化状况，并在此基础上提出了相关政策建议。

Status and Countermeasure of Peasants Differentiation in Hebei Province

In the modernization process of China,the rural laborers who are engaged in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery are transferring to non-agricultural industry area in large amount,which are expressed as the changing of social,political and economic status of peasants.The ceaseless differentiation of peasant stratum has made the homogeneous and single social group of peasants become a social group with different positions,different benefit characters and different needs.By a deep investigation into the rural area,this study makes an empirical analysis on the status of peasants differentiation in Hebei province from four aspects: the occupation differentiation,the political differentiation,the geographical differentiation and industry differentiation.Furthermore,several countermeasures are proposed.
