| Abstract: | Labor Contract Law is regarded as a significant law to build harmonious and stable labor relations with the complementary administrative regulations. A corporation can be in the initiative position during labor dispute, which depends on the legitimacy of procedures mainly. Meanwhile, improving the corporation information channel is helpful to raise the understanding of rules and regulations for the staff. |
